I came to Budget Brakes after leaving the dealership and being told that I needed pads and rotors. Budget brakes clarified that I only needed the rotors and that I had plenty of life left on my brake pads. They could’ve easily taken advantage of me, but chose professional instead. The technicians were efficient, thorough and forth coming. This is greatly appreciated!

My son just had his breaks changed here today. He needed all brakes and rotors changed. Al and his team were super kind & attentive explained everything thoroughly. Al offered my son (17) wise advice when it came to maintaining his vehicle. Being a single mom this was much appreciated, as sometimes hearing it from someone else helps it to click. Would definitely recommend, I will be returning myself next week to get my brakes replaced! Great team! Thanks Budget Breaks!

Highly recommended! They got my Jeep back on the road safely in no time. They even went above and beyond tracking down my specific axle to make sure everything was right. When they did the free inspection, they found a huge safety issue with my sway bar and immediately let me know. They got everything fixed and road ready for me. 🫡 Also got my mom's can aligned there. Super cool staff and knowledgeable. Fair pricing. No issues.

My brakes failed on 24W. I had to get a tow to take my car and me to this location. I called them and they said they closed at 1700. I got there around 1730-1740, something like that. After arriving I sat down on the curb and went about figuring out how to use The Ubers. The guys opened the door and asked me if I wanted to come inside and do the intake stuff. Wow, i wasn't expecting that. So we do the intake stuff, great. Then they asked me where I lived so I told them. One of the employees there offered me a ride home since he lived essentially across the street from me. I don't remember his name but he was kind and did his best to diffuse the very slight awkwardness of the situation, giving a ride to a total stranger. They said they'd call me with an estimate which they did. And then later called to tell me car was done and ready for pickup. All this before it was even lunch time. The fellas down there were great. I could not have been happier about how the whole thing went down. I would happily and strongly recommend them to anyone having break troubles. ​I had a fantastic experience at Budget Brakes in Clarksville, TN. Let me start by saying that I can't say enough about the team there. It had been over ten years since my last visit, but the exceptional service I received today has made me possibly becoming a loyal customer again. ​From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly courteous and attentive. They were professional, efficient, and made the whole process easy. ​I also had the chance to speak with the manager. I shared my reasons for not having been back in so long, and he genuinely listened. He went above and beyond to address my past concerns and made it his personal goal to ensure I was 100% satisfied with my service. ​Well, he succeeded. This level of customer care is exactly what brings people back. They are headed in the right direction to earning my trust and my future business. I highly recommend them.
